All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, with exception for our SEASONAL LAUNCH DATES and SALES where we may require additional time to dispatch your orders due to high frequency of orders. However it is always our aim to get your orders dispatched in a timely manner and we thank all customers for their ongoing support
Australia Post for Express & Standard Shipping experience delays from time to time, please understand this is out of our control.
We will do our absolute best to keep you up to date, we are happy to resend your tracking information should you email us, however please understand courier delivery times cannot be changed. We ask that you closely monitor your tracking links to stay informed about your delivery. We are unable to offer any refunds unless your order is deemed to be missing by our couriers or if it gets returned to us.
During peak periods and holiday seasons we are recommending you choose the EXPRESS shipping option if you would like to reduce the transit time. We are currently offering FREE STANDARD shipping on orders over $150

We use Australia Post as our nominated courier at this time.

Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for any missing parcels as it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that shipping details are correct and that the right shipping option is selected to prevent any issues. ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct.
During Seasonal Launch Periods and Sale periods, please allow for an additional 2 Business days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency (AUD).
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable.
